Sequence Number Protocol Settings

Provides sequence number protocol configuration settings. HL7 sequence numbering is used to help prevent duplication of data.

Sequence Number Enabled

Specifies whether Sequence Number Protocol is enabled or disabled. HL7 sequence numbering is used to help prevent duplication of data.

• True: Indicates that sequence numbering is enabled.

• False: Indicates that sequence numbering is not enabled.

Sequence Number File Location

Specifies the Sequence Number File Location (a local folder name). This is required when the Sequence Number Protocol is Enabled. It is used to store the sequence number files which are used to persist the HL7 Sequence Number. The unique base file name will be generated according to project collaboration information. The default is /temp/hl7outbound/seq
