停止 Socks Server

1. 在命令行上，转到 WebProxyServer_base/proxy-instance-name。

2. 启动 Socks Server：

   ./stop-sockd

3. 检验 Socks Server 进程是否未在运行。例如：

   /usr/bin/ps -ef | grep sockd
