删除 HADB 实例后，接下来尝试使用 configure-ha-cluster 命令创建新实例会失败。问题在于 ha_install_dir/rep/* 和 ha_install_dir/config/hadb/instance_name 中保留了原始 HADB 实例的旧目录。
