To Create a Predefined Reply

1. Log in to the standard Portal Server 7.1 with an HTML browser

2. Scroll to the Mail channel

3. Click Edit Mail (the pencil icon)

4. Click the Mobile Mail button.

   Predefined replies have a 30-character maximum limit.
