Description
The issue occurs after following the sequence of steps for upgrading from Access Manager 7.1 to 8.0U1P2 provided in the product documentation, Upgrading to OpenSSO Enterprise 8.0 in Sun OpenSSO Enterprise 8.0 Upgrade Guide.

Solution
Verify the following:
The ssoadm tools should be as described in the 8.0U1 patch installation instructions in “Running the updateschema Script.”
-D"com.iplanet.am.naming.map.site.to.server=<lb-url>=<server-url>" should be added to the relevant ssoadm (ssoadm.bat) script before executing updateschema.sh.
