FMA Status Failures

Bug ID 6759853: The following error message might be written intermittently to the LDoms log when a domain is at the ok prompt:

fma_cpu_svc_get_p_status: Can't find fma_cpu_get_p_status routine error

Workaround: Boot the domain.
