The following information has been added or changed for this version of the Solaris 7 64-bit Developer's Guide.

SPARC Compliance Definition, Version 2.4 is now available from SPARC International at www.sparc.com. See "What's New for Applications".

Information regarding the 64-bit version of ls has been added to Appendix B, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

Compiler command references have been updated.
Since the release of Solaris 7, the Sun WorkShop Compilers C and its accompanying User's Guide have been updated. All references to the lint program and the C compiler have been updated to refer to the correct man page entries, namely, lint(1) and cc(1). See Chapter 4, Converting Applications and Chapter 5, The Development Environment.
