Bring Windows Start Menu to CDE

Using manual steps, you can get to all of the Windows Start Menu choices in the CDE Application Manager. To achieve this:

1. Start Windows explorer.

2. Copy C: \Window\StartMenu\ to H: \.dt\appmanager.

3. Start Application Manager.

4. Go to the Desktop controls.

5. Click "Reload Application".
