Documentation Errata for the Solaris 7 User Supplement

For all instances of documentation errata in the Solaris 7 User Supplement, consult the PDASync online help for the most current information regarding the PDASync application. Access PDASync online help by selecting the Help button from the PDASync application.

Section Affected: Setting Application Properties

In the Setting Application Properties section, the graphic for the Application Properties dialog of PDASync is obsolete. Properties that affect the PDASync log file have been moved to a separate Log Properties dialog that you access from the Properties button found in the Log tab.

Section Affected: Configuring Conduits

In the Configuring Conduits section, the graphic for the Conduit tab is obsolete. The conduits' names do not contain the word "conduit".

The order of the buttons in the toolbar has changed. The new order of the buttons is:

Section Affected: Using the Memo Conduit

In the section Using the Memo Conduit, the graphic for the Memo Conduit properties dialog is obsolete. The Memo Conduit dialog does not have a check box for activating the memo conduit. You cannot specify the location of memos synchronized with the PDA device.

Section Affected: Using the Address Conduit

In the section Using the Address Conduit, the graphic for the Address Conduit properties dialog is obsolete. The check box for overwriting cards with the same name does not exist.

Section Affected: Using the System Conduit

In the section Using the System Conduit, the graphic for the System Conduit properties dialog is obsolete. The check box for activating the System Conduit does not exist.

Section Affected: Using the Mail Conduit

In the section Using the Mail Conduit, the graphic for the Mail Conduit properties dialog is obsolete. The check box for activating the Mail Conduit does not exist.

Section Affected: Viewing the Activity Log

In the section Viewing the Activity Log, ignore the fourth paragraph as the information no longer applies.
