使用者登入 Communications Express 後，沒有選擇視圖的選項。(6195844)

已從 [全域選項] 中移除了選擇預設視圖的選項，但線上說明並未反映此變更。

即使使用者已通過認證也須在 URL 中提供完全合格的主機名稱。(5008104)

如果不提供完全合格的主機名稱，則無法完全配置 Communications Express。如果在 URL 中未提供完全相合格的主機名稱，即使使用者已通過認證，也不會在 cookie 中設定網域名稱。

解決方法

始終使用完全合格的主機名稱存取應用程式。

在升級 Communications Express 時顯示 HTTP 502 錯誤。(6300650)

在 Solaris x86 上，Communications Express 在 Messenger Express 的 JES4 和 JES3 版本之間存在相容性問題。當使用者登出時，Communications Express 將報告 HTTP 502 錯誤。

解決方法

將 Messaging Server (或Messaging Server MEM) 升級至 Messaging Server 的 JES4 版本。

在 Linux 上，config-uwc 配置檔案提供無效的路徑資訊。(6263554)

用於 Linux 的 config-uwc 配置檔案顯示無效的 Application Server 路徑名稱。此路徑指向的預設路徑在 Solaris 上有效，但在 Linux 上無效。

解決方法

應將下面顯示的此錯誤路徑資訊：

Install directory: /opt/SUNWappserver/appserver
Directory Domain: /var/opt/SUNWappserver/domains/domain1
Document Root Directory: /var/opt/SUNWappserver/domains/domain1/docroot

變更為：

Install directory: /opt/sun/appserver/appserver
Directory Domain: /var/opt/sun/appserver/domains/domain1
Document Root Directory: /var/opt/sun/appserver/domains/domain1/docroot

UWCAuth Servlet 丟出 NullPointer 異常。(6272426)

在跨多節點部署 Communications Express (部署於 Sun Java System Application Server) 附屬元件的部署情況中，Communicaitons Express UWCAuth Servlet 丟出 NullPointer 異常。

解決方法

重新啟動 Application Server。
