The OS Provisioning plug-in solution provides support for a matrix of operating systems and hardware platforms. This support falls into several categories:
System components
OS provisioning components
Boot and install servers
Target host hardware platforms
Target host operating systems
The following table lists the system components used for OS provisioning.

On the N1 SPS 5.2 DVD, several sample CLI script files are included in the /plugins/com.sun.n1osp/SampleClis directory. These scripts perform a variety of tasks, including the following.
Create OS profiles
Create target hosts
Install boot and install servers
Provision your target hosts
You can use these sample scripts as a reference for running CLI commands that are specific to your environment.
These sample scripts are not supported by Sun Microsystems, Inc. You must edit the commands and arguments in these samples for your particular environment.
