1. Disable a replication agreement.

   $ dsconf disable-repl-agmt -h host -p port suffix-DN consumer-host:consumer-port

   For example:

   $ dsconf disable-repl-agmt -h host2 -p 1389 dc=example,dc=com host1:1389
