Possible Causes of SSL Problems

Failure of an SSL connection could be the result of one of the following:

• Wrong security libraries patch family applied

• Server not configured to accept SSL

• SSL port not open

• CA certificate not found

• CA certificate not appropriate or expired

• SSL client not sending certificate when required

• SSL server certificate not imported
