/etc/named.conf 파일이 사용자 및 그룹 계정의 Solaris Management Console 작업에 오류를 일으킴(4777931)

Solaris Management Console을 사용하여 DNS (Domain Name Service) 서버 역할을 하는 시스템의 User 또는 Group 계정에서 작업을 수행할 경우 오류가 발생합니다. /etc/named.conf 파일이 해당 시스템에 있을 경우 오류가 발생합니다.

그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI)에서 이러한 작업을 수행하거나 콘솔에 대한 명령줄 인터페이스인 smuser 및 smgroup을 사용할 때 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

콘솔이 새 대화 상자를 시작하거나 smuser 명령이 User에서 실행될 때 다음과 같은 오류 메시지와 함께 종료됩니다.

"The attempt to view Users or Roles has failed due to an unexpected
error.
        This was caused by the following error: CIM_ERR_FAILED."

콘솔이 새 대화 상자를 실행하거나 smgroup 명령이 Group에서 실행될 때 다음과 같은 오류 메시지와 함께 종료됩니다.

"Attempted Read of Group IDs failed with unexpected CIM error:
        CIM_ERR_FAILED."operations from the GUI or command-line interface.

해결 방법: 다음 해결 방법 중 하나를 선택합니다.

• DNS 서버를 다시 시작하여 이 문제를 해결하려면 다음 단계를 수행합니다.

  1. 수퍼유저가 되어야 합니다.

  2. named.conf 파일을 다른 디렉토리로 이동합니다. 예를 들면 다음과 같습니다.

     # mv /etc/named.conf /var/named/named.conf

  3. DNS 서버를 다시 시작합니다.

     # pkill -9 in.named

     # /usr/sbin/in.named /var/named/named.conf

• WBEM 서버를 다시 시작하여 이 문제를 해결하려면 다음 단계를 수행합니다.

  1. 수퍼유저가 되어야 합니다.

  2. 텍스트 편집기를 사용하여 /usr/sadm/lib/wbem/WbemUtilityServices.properties 파일을 편집합니다.

     /etc/named.conf 문자열을 /tmp/new-filename으로 변경합니다.

     선택한 파일 이름이 이미 시스템에 있지 않은지 확인합니다.

  3. WBEM 서버를 중지합니다.

     # /etc/init.d/init.wbem stop

  4. WBEM 서버를 시작합니다.

     # /etc/init.d/init.wbem start
