Problem  

Affects all locales. 

When you switch languages using dtlogin, and you log in remotely, multiple Trash icons are shown on the desktop.

Solution  

Perform the following steps: 

• Open a terminal.

• Change to the .gnome-desktop directory:

  cd .gnome-desktop

• Remove unnecessary Trash files.
