Affects Japanese locales. 

The date format is different in the Solaris operating environment. There is no '(' and ')' on the weekday format in the following locales: 

• Solaris 8 operating environment: ja_JP.UTF-8

• Solaris 9 operating environment: ja_JP.eucJP, ja_JP.UTF-8
