Perform the following
steps:

Open the Applications menu.

Choose Desktop Preferences -> Font.

In the Font Preferences dialog, specify hg gothic b for both the application font and the desktop font.

Select the appropriate font size, either 12 or 14, depending
on your desktop resolution.
