Forward

The Forward option sends the message already received to another recipient, which passes control to the pickaddr.jsp file. Users are then able to select a recipient from the list of stored contacts. Users select the recipients to include, which passes control to the compose.jsp file. If no address book channel is configured, control passes to the compose.jsp file directly.
