New Minimum Requirement of One Cluster Interconnect

The minimum required number of cluster interconnects that a cluster must have is changed to one cluster interconnect between the nodes of the cluster. The interactive scinstall utility is revised to permit configuration of only one interconnect when you use the utility in Custom mode.
