ProcedureHow to Suspend the Automatic Recovery Actions of a Resource Group Immediately

  1. Become superuser or assume a role that provides solaris.cluster.modify RBAC authorization.

  2. Immediately suspend the automatic recovery actions of the resource group.


    # clresourcegroup suspend -k resource-group
    

    The Prenet_start, Start, Monitor_start, Monitor_stop, Stop, and Postnet_stop methods that are associated with the resource group are killed immediately. Automatic recovery actions of the resource group is suspended. The resource group is not automatically started, restarted, or failed over until you resume automatic recovery actions.     The clresourcegroup suspend -k command blocks until the specified resource group has reached a quiescent state.
