Defines a server instance.

Note –

Server instances are not the same thing as virtual servers. Each server instance is a completely separate server that contains one or more virtual servers.

`name`	none	Specifies the name of the server instance.
`config-ref`	default config element’s `name`, `server-config`	(optional) References the `name` of the config used by the server instance. For the Platform Edition, the default is the only value allowed.
