解決方案

1. 編輯 loadbalancer.xml 檔案，按照以下所示增加缺少的 Web 模組：

   <web-module context-root="context-root-name" disable-timeout-in-minutes="30" enabled="true"/>

2. 使用顯示為 EJB 的 Web 服務的環境根目錄名稱替代 context-root-name 值。
