Managing the Sun ONE Servers
Starting and Stopping the Servers

Access the Sun ONE Web Services Platform Developer Edition software from the Windows start menu. A sub menu contains Start and Stop commands that control all installed servers with a single mouse click. Solaris users utilize scripts which can be found in the <install-root>/utils directory.

Administering the Servers

There should be little need to configure the Sun ONE servers in the development environment. The individual start menu for each server contains commands to open that server's administration console. Solaris users utilize scripts which can be found in the <install-root>/utils directory. Log in to each of the consoles with the user ID and password entered during installation.
