login
This command logs in to a NetWare file server.

Usage
login [option...] server[/user]
Options

Specify one of the following: /Clearscreen -- Clears your workstation screen after you enter your password. /Noattach -- Invokes a login script without severing your current connections. Use this option with /Script=scriptname. /Script=scriptname -- Overrides the system and user login scripts with a new login script if you include it right after login. Use this option with /Noattach. |

Specify the name of the NetWare server to which you want to connect. |

user |
Specify the user name you want to use for connection to the server, if other than your current user name. |
Example
Use the following command to connect to server plate as user fork and clear your screen after you enter your password:
login /Clearscreen plate/fork
