stat64, lstat64, fstat64: Get File Status

64-bit "long file" (Solaris 2.6 and Solaris 7) versions of stat, lstat, fstat. These routines are identical to the non-64-bit routines, except that the 13-element array statb must be declared INTEGER*8.
