| SMC Administration Wizards | Configuration wizards for routing, changing the root password, DNS client and DNS server configurations, and network configuration shutdown. |
| SunTM Enterprise Authentication MechanismTM 1.0.1 (SEAM) | A client/server architecture that provides secure transactions over networks. In addition to strong authentication, it provides data privacy and integrity, as well as single sign-on capabilities. SEAM is based on the Kerberos V5 network authentication protocol. |
