If you have problems installing or using Sun Cluster, contact your service provider and provide the following information:
Your name, company name, address, and phone number
Your email address (if available)
The model and serial numbers of your systems
The release number of the operating environment (for example, Solaris 2.6)
The release number of Sun Cluster (for example, Sun Cluster 2.2)
Use the following commands to gather information on your system for your service provider:

Displays the size of the system memory and reports information about peripheral devices |

Displays information about processors |

Reports which patches are installed |

Displays system diagnostic information |
