You may use the instructions in this section as a general guideline for all three types of installations: Enterprise edition, Departmental edition, and Stand-Alone options.To install SIMS add-on features on your existing SIMS system, see Section "Installing SIMS Add-on Features," that follows this section.
For descriptions of installation types, see Section "Selecting Installation Types," below . Alternatively, you may select the Enterprise edition installation on an HA system.

Note - SIMS installation log files are located in /var/opt/SUNWmail/log/SIMS_installation_log.n after installation is completed, and are in /tmp while installation is in progress.
