Appendix A, Managing Signed Patches Without Solaris Patch Management Tools (Tasks) contains procedures for managing signed patches by using JavaTM technology-based tools (Java tools) or NetscapeTM technology-based tools (Netscape tools) instead of the Solaris patch management tools.
