移除 Schema 2 部署的 Access Manager SDK 相依性

舊版的 Communications Express 使用以下 API 和程式庫建立連線，並從 LDAP 存放區取回資訊：

• 若以 Schema 1 模式部署 Communications Express，則使用網域 MAP API (屬於 Communications Express)。

• 若以 Schema 2 部署 Communications Express，則使用 Access Manager SDK。

這使得 Communications Express 在 Schema 2 模式下倚賴 Access Manager，即使 Access Manager 除了連線並從 LDAP 存放區擷取資訊外，對其運作並非必要。自此發行版本開始，Schema 2 中 Access Manager 相依性已經移除。現在，發送 Communications Express 時隨附適用於 Schema 2 的新網域 MAP API。

結果，登入 Communications Express 的使用者無法登入 Access Manager 主控台。
