To View Channel Statistics

Log in to the Portal
Server management console.

Select the Portals tab.

Select a portal server under Portals.

Click the Monitoring tab.

Click Channel Action Statistics from the submenu.

From Select DN drop-down menu choose an organization.

Select the server from the Server Instance drop-down menu.
