取得 Portal Server 的 Google Gadgets API 金鑰

入口網站使用 Google 的 AJAX Feed API，這需要 Google API 金鑰才可運作。單一 Google API 金鑰對單一網域 (例如 foo.com) 及其子網域 (例如 bar.foo.com) 有效。
