It is possible to supply command-line options when starting the Hardware Management Agent manually. Use the command line options as follows:
hwmgmtd OPTIONS
The command line options are explained in the following table.

When using the logging levels option, you must supply a decimal number to set the logging level to use. This decimal number is calculated from a bit field, depending on the logging level you want to specify. For more information on the bit field used to configure different log levels see Configuring the Hardware Management Agent Logging Level.
