Image image101.jpg shows the Database Interrogation section. The Activate Database Interrogation check box is at the top. The following text fields are placed below it:

• Database Address

• Port

• Database Name

• User Name

• Password

• Password Confirmation

This is followed by the Database Connection: Test Now button.
