Image ur_audit2.gif shows the AVSYS user role Modifcation History area. From top to bottom are the following elements:

• Modification History, which contains, from left to right, the following columns: Event, By, Date. Following the events is the Show Difference button.

• Notes, which contains, from left to right, the Notes, Auditor, and Date columns. Following these coluns, from top to bottom, are a text entry field and the Add Note button.
