If the Documaker tab does not appears when you open Word, the Word Add-In may have become inactive or may have been disabled.
Complete the following procedure to re-enable the Word Add-In:
- At the bottom of the Word Options dialog, click the Go button.
- In the COM Add-Ins dialog, select the check box next to Oracle Documaker Add-In for Microsoft Word, then click OK.
The Documaker tab should now appear in Word. If it does not, close and reopen Word.
-OR-
If Oracle Documaker Add-In for Microsoft Word does not appear in the Inactive Application Add-Ins section:
- Scroll down the list of add-ins until you see the Disabled Application Add-Ins section.
- If Oracle Documaker Add-In for Microsoft Word appears in the Disabled Application Add-Ins section, complete these remaining steps:
- At the bottom of the Word Options dialog, on the Manage list, select Disabled Items, then click OK.
- Click the Oracle Documaker Add-In for Microsoft Word entry to highlight it.
- Click Enable.
The Documaker tab should now appear in Word. If it does not, close and reopen Word.
