The Download Workspace Definition File Dialog

Use the Download Workspace Definition File dialog to download a new Documaker workspace definition file that has been generated by the Docupresentment Web Service, and then associate it with a Documaker document.

Your system administrator, Studio administrator, or project manager will typically assign the values in this section.

The Download Workspace Definition File dialog has the following fields:

Workspace Definition Service URL – the web address of the Docupresentment web service
- this service is used to download the workspace definition file
- a system administrator or Studio administrator usually supplies this URL
the name of the Workspace – usually chosen by a system administrator, Studio administrator, or project manager
the Workspace Definition File – click the select button to select or save the workspace definition file: for details see the Save Workspace Definition File dialog
- you usually can accept the default path, however a system or group administrator may configure a different path if are the workspace definition file is on a shared network folder
Click Download to begin downloading the file. The Status of the download indicates its progress.
