Overview of Documaker Paragraphs

A Documaker paragraph is the basic item in a paragraph list. It is a standard section of text that can be reused in a Studio document.

Examples of paragraphs include introductions, closing statements, and standard clauses.

Paragraphs:

• can contain fields and graphics
• can belong to more than one paragraph list

Paragraphs cannot contain:

• Word tables
• bar code and table-only fields
• headers or footers
• hyperlinks or page numbers
• page breaks or sections breaks
• bookmarks, a table of contents, or cross-references

There are two ways to create Documaker paragraphs:

• by defining a paragraph element within a paragraph list document
• by creating a separate paragraph document
