Document Properties: Recipient Tab
The Recipients tab appears only on form documents and contains:
- the Name of each recipient – this can contain only letters, numbers and underscores; it cannot contain any special characters
- if you enter an invalid character, a yellow triangle is displayed next to the name; hover your cursor over the triangle to view a message that indicates the invalid character
|
Tip
|
You can click any recipient in the table to highlight it, then click a letter on your keyboard to quickly jump to the first recipient beginning with that letter. |
- the Eligibility of each recipient
Select one of the following values from the drop-down list:
- One copy, Two copies, or Three copies – the number of copies the recipient will receive
To enter a different number, select the blank option (the first option in the drop-down) and enter the number of copies using numbers only (no letters or special characters).
- Eligible – the recipient is eligible to receive the document
- Not Eligible – the recipient is not eligible to receive the document and will therefore not receive it
Please note:
- In a form, if you leave the Eligibility field value blank for a recipient resource that is in the workspace definition file, then its copy count will be set to Not Eligible in Studio.
- During conversion, a section’s Recipients override the Recipients that have been entered in the form’s properties. However, if a section’s Recipient is blank, then the form’s Recipient information will be used instead.
- a Description of each recipient
- for forms only: an option to Replace recipient settings on all Sections – if selected, the Add-In will override the recipient’s settings on all the sections within this form using the settings specified in the form itself; by default, this option is cleared, and will be cleared each time you open this dialog
