Use the Workspace Details dialog to view the available resources in a workspace definition file (WDF).
This dialog contains the following tabs (click a link to learn more about the specific resource type):
Click a tab to view the resources available in the WDF for that resource type.
Within each of these tabs, the Name and a Description of each resource type is listed. However triggers, metadata and fonts do not include descriptions.
From the Workspace Details dialog, you can:
to search for a resource: Searching for an Element or Resource 
to highlight all matching resources: see Searching Resources
