Batch Details

The batch details page lists information about the publications in a batch.

The top portion of this page lists:

the Assembly Line name – click a name to view the Assembly Line details
the Name of the output batch
the Type of the output batch indicating when it will be processed – Immediate or Scheduled
the output Format of the output batch – the publication print format
the date and time that batch is Scheduled for publication
the date and time publishing of the batch Started
the processed State of the batch

This information in the table includes:

Archive Ended – the date that archive processing ended
Archive Started – the date that archive processing started
Archive Status – the status of archive processing
Archived – indicates whether the publication has been archived
Code – any error code associated with the publication
Ended – the date and time when processing of the publication ended
Format – the format or output type of the publication
Historical – whether the publication has been moved to a historical table; blank if the publication is active
Log – click to view the log details
Notification Ended – the date that the notification processing ended
Notification Started – the date that the notification processing started
Notification Status – the status of the notification processing
Notified – whether a notification has been sent to the recipient
Pages – the number of pages in the publication
Publication – the publication ID
Published – indicates whether the publication has been published
Publishing Ended – the date that the publishing process ended
Publishing Started – the date that the publishing process started
Publishing Status – a number indicating the status of the publication
Recipients – the total number of recipients in the publication
Sequence – the order the publications will be processed
Sheets – the number of sheets in the document
Started – the date and time that processing for the publication started
State – the processed state of the publication
Status – the processing status of the publication
Transactions – the number of transactions in the publication

To display batch details

From the Overview tab, select an Assembly Line in the table.
In the Assembly Line tab, click a Job ID.
In the job details listing, select a Transaction ID.
In the transaction details listing, select a Recipient ID.
In the recipient details listing, select a Batch ID.

In the Results tab, click a Batch ID.
