Searching Errors

When searching the errors in Document Factory, you can enter the following search criteria:

• the Assembly Line where the error occurred
• the error Code
• the Time range in which the error occurred; to select a date, use the calendar function
• the Host server containing the application that generated the error 
• the Processor containing the error
• Tag ID – a system-generated identification number associated with the error

• the range of Job IDs
• the range of Transaction IDs
• the range of Recipient IDs
• the range of Batch IDs
• the range of Publication IDs

After searching errors, the error search results appear.
