Searching Transactions

When searching for a transaction, you can enter the following search criteria:

the Assembly Line
the Job ID
the Transaction ID
Key1 and Key2 values associated with the transaction
the Key ID – an additional reference identification number for locating the transaction
the Name of the person that the transaction applies to
the Type of transaction in terms of new business, renewals or endorsements
the date range when the transaction was Created; to select a date, use the calendar function
the date range when the transaction was Last Modified; to select a date, use the calendar function
the transaction's Owner
Owner Group – the group which the Owner belongs to
the transaction's Originator
the transaction's processed State
whether indicates whether the transaction has been moved to a Historical table
