There might be many pages of contact records. You can click each page or select a particular page that you want to display by entering the page number. By default, Oracle CRM On Demand Marketing displays 10 records on a page. Increase the number of records on a page by choosing a larger number from the Display XX rows at a time menu. You can also set a default Pagination Size value for the number of rows displayed on a list screen by editing your user profile. For more information on editing your profile, see Configuring My Setup Options.
To search for a contact
Click the Contacts tab.
Select a view to narrow or expand your search.
Do one of the following:
On the main Contacts screen, enter a keyword or character string in the Contact First Name, Last Name, Email Address, or Company Name field.
On the main Contacts screen, click the Calendar icon, enter search criteria either as a date range or Within the Last XX days, and then click OK.
Press Enter or click Filter.
Tip: Click the column header once to display the list in alphabetical, ascending order. Click the column header twice for descending order. |
