This report enables you to filter by telemarketing agent, by queue, or by program name within a defined period to check the status of call center prospects assigned, their current status, and if disqualified, learn the disqualification reason. This report allows telemarketing staff, management and the Marketing Department to display an overview of the current call center activity.
