REMOTE_ADDR

Returns the IP address of the remote host making the request.

This variable is specific to the current gateway program request.

Output

Returns the IP address as a string.

Example

As information output on a page or to a log:

REMOTE_ADDR=207.0.0.1

As part of an Idoc Script statement or evaluation:
