Defines the path to the default batch load text file.

Returns the file path as a string.

• As a Windows configuration entry:

  BatchLoaderPath=c:/domain/BatchLoader/batchfile.txt

• As script, returns the file path as a string:

  <$BatchLoaderPath$>
