This chapter provides the steps to configure Schedule and Recipient details of the following Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Alerts:
Inventory to Plan
Sales to Plan
Top Selling Attribute
Liability > 50% of Demand
After successful deployment of the Retail Insights catalog, the following steps must be completed to configure the schedule and recipient details for the CMO alerts.
Navigate to Catalog > Shared Folders > CMO >Alerts.
Perform the following steps for each agent (object names ending with agent) present in this folder.
Select the agent object and click Edit.
Navigate to the Schedule tab.
On the Schedule tab, check the Enabled checkbox.
Set the Frequency and Start time as shown below to run the alerts daily once.
Note: Frequency and Start Time should be set according to the implementation preference. |
Navigate to the Recipients tab.
From the Recipients tab, click Add under the Select Recipients header and select the users who need to be subscribed for the alert notification.
Save the changes.
Repeat the steps 2-5 for the remaining three alert agents.
