Working with Approver Levels

An approver level represents the highest level of a document that a user (or group of users) can publish.

Approval levels are associated with specific approval level groups and Working with Users.

To work with approver levels:

1. Click the Entities and Ability Sets tab.
2. From the navigation pane on the left, click Set Approver Levels.

From the Set Approver Levels tab, you can

• click to create an approver level
• click to delete an approver level
• click to run a query by example
• edit an approver level's description
• work with Approver Level users
• work with Approver Level groups

You can use the View menu to:

• reorder columns
• query by example
