Locking and Unlocking Documents

You can lock a document to ensure that no other user can change or delete it. Locked documents can still be previewed.

You can also unlock a locked document to allow it to be changed or deleted.

To lock or unlock a document

1. From the My Assignments tab, select:

• an locked document (indicated with ) that you want to unlock
• an unlocked document (indicated with ) that you want to lock

2. From the Actions menu, select Lock or Unlock.

The document is locked or unlocked.
